During the first session we can explore what you would like to get out of your counselling journey; the changes you want to make; any goals you would like to achieve; any patterns which need to be adjusted. There is no obligation to carry on if it doesn't feel right.

The first session is £15 and can be either a telephone or zoom appointment.

​

Any following sessions would be £30 an hour and would be carried out on a zoom call .
